Simultaneously, you will explain the collection process to patients, while collecting specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:
Collect urine/oral fluid specimens according to established procedures.
Enter all required patient/test information into lab portal or complete the lab manual requisition.
Obtain copies of patient demographics and current proof of insurance.
These copies will be placed in the back of the specimen bag and accompany the specimen to the lab.
Read, understand and comply with all pertinent Company policies, protocols and procedures:

HIPAA, BBP, Procedure Manuals, Safety Manual, Compliance Manual, Employee Handbook, Quality Assurance Manual).
Participate on special projects and teams.
Approximately 24 hours per week.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.

Must have reliable transportation Must live in Lexington, KY Must demonstrate superior customer focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients; ability to accelerate and embrace change throughout the Company and knowledge of our business.
Must successfully complete all Company compliance training.
