They assist General and Food Service Managers, ensuring smooth operations. Assistant Managers cover the General Manager&s;s days off and gets at least one day a week as a development day working with a General Manager. We are looking for those who want to provide Five Star service to everyone on every level! nnTo achieve success in this position:
notBe an expert at Customer Service Representative's duties and lead by example!notEnsure every new employee gets quality training and support.notEnsure the store keeps a high level of cleanliness, delegating tasks as needed.notKeep a focus on food quality and preparation.notCommunicate new policies and promotions to the team and assist with implementation.notKeep signage fresh and pricing accurate, keep displays full, and manage out of stocks.notOrder and return product, manage invoices, troubleshoot and research errors.notPrepare bank deposits, reconcile tills and daily cash, troubleshoot and research errors.notLearn how to verify, finalize timecards and how to make a schedule.notSit in on interviews and learn to hire new employees.nnThe Floating Assistant Manager position does require day travel and includes paid mileage.nnFiveStar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.n
Salary:
$15.75Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
