Purpose Accountable for planning, managing, and controlling all the procurement, warehousing, fleet, facilities and security activities in the respective Region. Defining and implementing warehousing strategy, reviewing processes to maximize efficiencies. Managing optimum levels of inventory. Responsible for negotiating and executing agreements that support the operational and corporate objectives of the organization. This includes analyzing current procurement processes, executing a procurement strategy focused on significantly reducing costs, while maximizing efficiency. Managing a regional dispersed team. Support corporate projects such as the SAP project implementation as well as strategic procurement transformation. Last but not least, managing maintenance of fleet and facilities across the region. Accountabilities Manages the sourcing and evaluation of suppliers, negotiates favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers, and prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of operation materials, office supplies, equipment, inventory items, services and supplies for customer-related business processes or for internal use as a generalist or in a combination. Supports the development of a companywide strategic procurement department Oversees the operation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment; Schedules and dispatches the organization's vehicles and drivers; Develops design specifications for vehicle requisitions; Reports, records and maintains all safety procedures relating to vehicles. Defines and implements company strategies on a regional level Recommends warehousing strategy for respective Region. Develops region-wide procedures. Oversees the warehousing operation and/or manages consignment vendors. Submits and manages the budget with support from senior leadership to execute the appropriate strategy for the region. Will lead the regional supply chain team over multiple locations. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent of education/experience 10

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
